Contribute to the continuous improvement of post-contract management practices, templates, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and compliance.<br>EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:<br>Educational Qualification & Certifications:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc QS) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying. Active candidacy under the RICS or AIQS APC pathway, or clear demonstration of progress within the pathway, is preferred.<br>Work Experience:Must have a minimum of 5 years’ overall experience in Post-Contract Management, with at least 3 years of experience in Consultancy or developer roles in the UAE or GCC.<br>Skills required:In-depth understanding of post-contract management principles and lifecycle cost control, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a hands-on Red Team professional to join our team and work on offensive security projects for our clients. This role is focused on practical execution, clear thinking, and measurable results — not on buzzwords, titles, or certificates alone. You will work on authorized Red Team, Purple Team, and adversary emulation engagements for external clients, helping them understand real attack paths, weaknesses in their environments, and practical ways to improve their security posture.<br>What you will do Conduct Red Team and Purple Team activities for client projects within clearly approved scopes. Perform adversary emulation against infrastructure, Active Directory, internal services, applications, and cloud environments. Identify security weaknesses and explain their real business impact to clients. Prepare clear reports with evidence, prioritized risks, and practical remediation recommendations. Work with client-side Blue Team, SOC, infrastructure, and engineering teams when required. Support the improvement of internal Red Team methodology, tooling, and delivery processes.
