The Reinsurance Operations Specialist / Reinsurance Accountant is responsible for the administration of the ceded facultative and treaty reinsurance arrangements purchased by DAMAN. Collects current symptoms and a detailed medical history to determine the appropriate triage level and ensure timely and accurate care based on the patient's condition</span></i></span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Assists with emergency procedures such as endotracheal intubation, insertion of central venous and arterial catheters, intercostal drain placement, and intraosseous needle insertion.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Administers emergency medications and performs Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) interventions, including defibrillation, cardioversion, and medication administration, to stabilize patients with life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias or acute myocardial infarctions.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Collaborates with emergency physicians, trauma surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, coordinate diagnostic tests and imaging studies, and facilitate timely patient disposition and admission to appropriate hospital units or specialty services.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Operates and monitors emergency medical equipment to support patient care and ensure accurate diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Participates in disaster preparedness drills, trauma resuscitations, and Code Blue activations; follows established emergency protocols and procedures; and maintains competency in emergency nursing skills—including trauma assessment, airway management, and haemorrhage control—to optimize patient outcomes in critical situations.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Do board rounds meeting in the department.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Monitor and improve departmental KPIs.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Manage and oversee the daily operations of the emergency department.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and training as needed.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Actively participates in rounds in the Emergency Department to ensure that all equipment is properly checked by staff upon their arrival</span></p><br></li><li><p><span>Regularly review staff profiles to verify that all team members have completed required emergency-related training, including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and triage courses.
