<p><strong><u>JOB TITLE : SR.DRILLING ENGINEER</u></strong></p><br><p><strong><u>Work Location <br> Abu Dhabi (with frequent offshore visits as per job requirements)<br> <br> <br> Leave Cycle<br> 150/30 – on Single status<br> <br> <br> 335/30 – on Family status (applicable after completion of Probation period)<br> <br> <br> Air Ticket<br> Round trip - Economy class provided<br> <br> <br> Medical<br> Health Insurance provided<br> <br> <br> Accommodation<br> Single-status accommodation will be provided during the period of single status.<br> <br> <br> Contract Type <br> Contract Hire - Limited 1.5 years (extendable subject to the operational requirement)<br> <br> <br> Working Hours<br> Abu Dhabi – 07:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)<br> <br> <br> Offshore - 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week<br> <br> <br> Salary Range<br> AED 14,000 to 16,000 per month + Offshore allowance (Applicable only for the actual days worked offshore)<br> <br> <br> Probation Period<br> 6 Months<br> <br> <br> Status<br> Family status benefits will become applicable upon successful completion of the probationary period.<br> <br> <br> Qualification (minimum)<br> Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.<br> <br> <br> Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.<br> <br> <br> Experience (minimum)<br> Extensive experience (5+ years) in petroleum engineering within the oil & gas industry.<br> <br> <br> Hands‑on experience in wireline operations.<br> <br> <br> Specialisation in ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) completion design and operations.<br> <br> <br> Job Description<br> * Plan and supervise rig‑based well operations, including ESP design, installation, commissioning, and acid stimulation activities.<br> <br> <br> * Lead completion optimisation activities, with a strong focus on ESP performance improvement and reliability enhancement.<br> <br> <br> * Plan and supervise rig‑less operations, including wireline and slickline interventions, and interpret acquired data for well intervention decisions.<br> <br> <br> * Analyse production performance and behaviour, manage production data, and propose technical solutions to optimise well and field production.<br> <br> <br> * Interpret pressure and well test data to evaluate reservoir and well performance and support production optimisation initiatives.<br> <br> <br> * Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure effective cost control for production and intervention activities.<br> <br> <br> * Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards during all well operations and production activities.<br> <br> <br> Additional requirements<br> * In‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in ESP completion design and operations.<br> <br> <br> * Strong understanding of drilling, completion, wireline, and general oilfield operations.<br> <br> <br> * Proven experience in planning, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating slickline operations.<br> <br> <br> * Strong project management capability with effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.<br> <br> <br> * Good team leadership, analytical and communication skills, with familiarity in production data management and interpretation tools and proficiency in MS Office.<br></u></strong></p><br>
