This position is a globally scoped, senior level individual contributor responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving quality assurance and testing mechanisms across post order execution. This role ensures that products, solutions, services, and delivery outcomes meet defined quality standards before customer impact, shifting quality from reactive inspection to proactive assurance.</p><br><br><p>Operating within the Post Order CoE, this role works in close partnership with the Quality Specialist – Process and the Quality Manager for Global Data Center Segment, ensuring that defined processes are not only well designed, but also verified, tested, and adhered to in real execution environments across regions.</p><br><br>What you’ll do:
<br><p><br>Quality Assurance & Testing Frameworks</p><br><br><ul><li>Translate product design requirements into manufacturable solutions, ensuring Design for Manufacturing (DFM) alignment with R&D teams.</li><li>Develop and standardize industrialization methodologies, processes and best practices, contributing to manufacturing engineering knowledge and capability</li><li>Design and maintain global quality assurance and testing strategies for post order execution across products, solutions, and services within the Global Data Center Segment using innovative engineering solutions to address complex challenges.</li><li>Define test plans, validation criteria, and acceptance standards aligned to global quality policies, customer requirements, and risk profiles.</li><li>Ensure quality controls are embedded at critical execution milestones, not solely at final delivery using operational technical engineering excellence frameworks.</li></ul><p><br>Execution Validation & Risk Prevention<br>• Execute and govern assurance activities including audits, validation reviews, readiness assessments, and controlled testing of post order deliverables.<br>• Identify execution risks, systemic defects, and non conformances early; drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions in partnership with operations, engineering, and services teams.<br>• Support escalation and containment for quality issues impacting strategic or multi region data center programs.<br>Global Standardization & Consistency<br>• Enable consistent application of quality assurance and testing practices across regions, balancing global standards with local regulatory and customer specific requirements.<br>• Support global deployment of new offers, tools, or execution models by validating readiness and quality robustness prior to scale up.<br>Collaboration & Integration<br>• Partner closely with the Quality Analyst – Process to ensure process design and assurance mechanisms are tightly integrated and mutually reinforcing.<br>• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Services, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align quality expectations and execution realities.<br>• Act as a quality subject matter expert for post order execution in global forums and improvement initiatives.<br>Continuous Improvement & Insights<br>• Analyze quality performance data, testing results, and execution outcomes to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities.<br>• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Post Order CoE, strengthening Eaton’s execution maturity and customer confidence.</p><br><br>Qualifications:
<br><p>• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.<br>• Minimum of (8) years of progressive experience in quality assurance, testing, execution governance, or operational excellence within complex, global environments.<br>• Minimum of (12) years of progressive experience in quality assurance, testing, execution governance, or operational excellence within complex, global environments.<br>• Demonstrated experience supporting large, engineered solutions, capital projects, or services delivery, ideally within data centers, critical power, infrastructure, or adjacent industries.<br>• Formal quality or continuous improvement certifications (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO‑related frameworks).<br>• Experience driving standard work and continuous improvement across regions (process discipline + pragmatism).<br>• Experience working in or leading teams based in the Middle East or other global hubs.</p><br><br>Skills:

The Well Engineer is responsible for ensuring well engineering and operations support for one or more rigs or well sites. They are tasked with developing and delivering optimized technical well designs for areas of responsibility, including preparation of Well Proposals, Basis of Designs, Well Programs(i.e., Drilling, Completion, Workover), project budgets, and End of Well Reports. They perform Assistant Well Site Leader duties according to the Well Engineer Training Program development requirements.
