Lead the technical review and acceptance process for Design & Build Contractor submissions, ensuring compliance with Employer's Requirements, specifications, international codes, and project performance criteria. V erify ground improvement designs, methodologies, trial programs, performance criteria, quality control procedures, and validation testing results. Provide technical recommendations for foundations, piling systems, earthworks, reclamation works, and ground improvement measures for complex projects.
