Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering-related inventory duties. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work. Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers. Display basic computer skills including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.<br>Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials. <p>• To maintain a high quality, safe and effective CPT Probing service to clients<br>• To liaise with geologists, engineers, consultants and all other stakeholders involved in the geotechnical investigation/project<br>• To provide leadership, promote teamwork amongst crewmembers and provide training and guidance on company standards, procedures and CPT techniques to crewmembers<br>• Responsible for adherence to company's Policies, Operational Procedures, Occupational Health Safety and Environmental & Quality Standards<br>• Knowledge of suitable CPT investigative techniques to ensure successful deliverables as stated on project scope of work<br>• Ensure that concerns over the quality of the CPT operation and relevant operational matters are effectively communicated to senior personnel in order for concerns to be addressed<br>• Ensure that field crews are suitably trained and equipped to perform the task required of them by providing regular training on technical areas as well as general procedural matters<br>• Management and thorough maintenance of Assets on site - CPT plant, support vehicles, miscellaneous tools & parts etc<br>• Thorough investigation and documentation of all incidences and accidents on site as per Drilling's procedure<br>• Compliance with company reporting requirement - ensuring details are accurate, activities properly documented and all charge-able items and activities are clearly documented<br>• Perform land based and/or nearshore CPT probing operations<br>• Acquisition of CPT data during test execution<br>• To interact between CPT and drilling operations<br>• Work in compliance with HSE regulations<br>• Use any equipment, protective devices or clothing required by the employer<br>• Tell the employer or supervisor about any known missing or defective equipment or protective device that may be dangerous<br>• Report any known workplace hazard or violation of the Act to the employer or supervisor<br>• Not remove or make ineffective any protective device required by the employer or by the regulations<br> </p><br><br> </div>

<p><b>Overview of the role:</b></p><p>Complete service and maintenance operations such as oil change, tyre services (replacement, balancing, puncture repair), brake replacement, servicing, basic diagnostics and air conditioning re-gas, on all makes and models of car and light commercial (LCV) as per company/manufacturer standards. <div data-jb-field="skills"><p><b>Required skills to be successful:</b></p><p>• Trade Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Eng.</p><p>• Must show proven technical expertise in independent servicing, repairs, and component replacement</p><p>• Basic diagnostic skills with mechanical and electronic faults</p><p>• Multi-brand automotive service center experience in the automotive industry is a must</p><p> </p><p><b>About the team:</b></p><p>The role will report to the Service Supervisor and you will be working in a busy workshop environment. You will play a crucial role in identifying basic diagnosis issues and resolve issues as per dealer/manufacturer standards. </p><p> </p><p><b>What equips you for the role:</b></p><p>• At least 5 years of experience on car and light commercial vehicles (LCV)</p><p>• UAE clean Driving License is preferable </p><p>• Expert understanding of all core vehicle systems</p><p>• The ability to explain complex faults to customers if required</p><p>• Good English communication skills (verbal & written), Arabic and other languages is a plus </p></div>
