<p><span>The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care in the community setting that assists patients to achieve optimum health.</span></p><br>
<p><span>The Pharmacist is responsible for the provision and management of effective pharmaceutical care to individuals and/or families in the community or in Patient Support Programs. <p><span>Based on the agreed-upon services and workflow, the Pharmacist provides skilled pharmaceutical services in accordance. Duties include but are not limited to:</span></p><br>

<li><span>Completes pharmacy operational requirements by organizing and directing technicians’ workflow, verifying their preparation and labelling of pharmaceuticals, and verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.</span></li>
<li><span>Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of health care professionals and counselling patients on drug therapies.</span></li>
<li><span>Develops staff’s pharmacological knowledge by participating in programs and training pharmacy staff, students, interns, externs, residents, and health care professionals.</span></li>
