We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist – SAP Success Factors to lead the transformation of our payroll operations from a manual process to a fully integrated SAP Success Factors Payroll environment. This is a strategic, system-driven role responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for UAE and Oman, while driving payroll automation, system optimization, reporting, compliance, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Success Factors Payroll, payroll accounting, analytics, and UAE payroll legislation. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete end-to-end payroll process for employees across the UAE and Oman.
