Maintain a proactive, approachable presence on the fitness floor to assist guests with basic equipment setup and general inquiries. Handle guest requests, feedback, or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Perform and supervise continuous cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the fitness floor, studios, and equipment throughout the shift. Re-rack weights, fold and stack towels, and ensure mats, bands, and accessories are disinfected and stored in designated locations immediately after use. Inspect changing rooms and locker areas periodically to ensure pristine conditions. Conduct daily inspections of all cardio, strength, and functional training equipment prior to shift opening and throughout the day. Immediately log, tag, and report broken or malfunctioning equipment to residence management. Maintain current knowledge of emergency procedures, basic first aid and safety measures. Track daily inventory levels of towels, cleaning products, guest amenities, and beverages; report stock levels for reordering. Conduct efficient hand-over with coming team member.
