Platform Sales Manager – KodeIt Ascend
Location: UAE with regular travel to Saudi Arabia
Type: Full-time

KodeIt Ascend is our AI-powered assessment and diagnostics platform for K-12 schools, aligned with the Saudi national assessment framework (NAFS) and built to support UAE curriculum and inspection standards (KHDA, ADEK, MoE). We're expanding rapidly across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC — and we're looking for a high-calibre Platform Sales Manager to lead our growth across both markets.

This is a consultative, hunter-style role for someone who thrives selling platforms, not one-off products. You'll be the face of Ascend in front of school owners, principals, academic directors, and government-linked buyers across the UAE and KSA — confidently presenting both the commercial value and the academic impact of our AI-driven diagnostics.

About the Role
As Platform Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle for KodeIt Ascend across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You'll lead demos, shape proposals, navigate procurement, and close recurring-revenue platform deals. You must be equally comfortable discussing pedagogy, assessment, and learning outcomes with academic leaders as you are negotiating commercial terms with owners, group leadership, and procurement teams — while adapting your pitch to each market's regulatory and curriculum context.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end sales cycle across UAE and KSA: pipeline generation, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.

Personally deliver platform presentations and walkthroughs for academic and commercial audiences in both markets.

Sell Ascend's platform model into private school groups, and navigate government / tender-based procurement processes specific to each market (e.g., KHDA/ADEK/MoE frameworks in the UAE; NAFS and Ministry of Education processes in KSA).

Position Ascend's AI-driven diagnostics and platform capabilities to diverse buyer needs, clearly articulating how the solution drives learning outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across different school models and jurisdictions.

Build strong relationships with school owners, principals, academic directors, heads of assessment, and MoE/KHDA/ADEK-linked stakeholders across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Achieve quarterly revenue and new-logo targets across both markets, with accurate CRM forecasting.

Collaborate closely with KSA country, academic, and product teams — as well as UAE-based leadership — to close deals and share market insights.

Represent Ascend at regional education events, conferences, and school-group forums across the GCC.

What You Bring

5+ years in B2B software / SaaS or platform sales — ideally EdTech or selling into the education sector.

Proven success closing recurring-revenue platform deals (not transactional product sales).

Strong academic literacy — confident presenting to educators and conversant in assessment, diagnostics, curriculum alignment, and learning outcomes.

Solid understanding of AI in education and ability to explain it credibly to buyers.

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) — essential for this market.

Deep knowledge of both the UAE and KSA/GCC education landscapes, including ownership structures, regulatory bodies (KHDA, ADEK, MoE), and procurement/tender processes.

A polished, consultative, data-driven sales approach, credible with C-level, owners, and academic leadership across culturally and regulatorily distinct markets.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly between the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
