The primary responsibility is to support the deck & lifting operations on the client platform as per company processes and procedures and demonstrate safety leadership and continuous development in all aspects of crane, lifting, and support service activities.<br> Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Lifting AP shall perform and be responsible for the following: - Is designated to prepare lift plan & procedure as per client & company standard.<br> Is designated as being in charge of planning, coordinating, controlling and executing the lift.<br> Be responsible for coordinating CONTRACTOR's Riggers to conduct all vessel lifts and those on the platform as directed by Crane Supervisor or COMPANY personnel Ensures that people involved are competent for performing their task, aware of the task and procedures to be followed, and aware of their responsibilities.<br> Briefs people involved in or affected by the lift.<br> Ensure all necessary test certificates and other documents are available Shall be responsible for the management of client / COMPANY- owned and supplied loose lifting equipment.<br> Be fully trained and conversant with loose lifting equipment rigging loft management procedures i.<br>e. maintain a lifting equipment data base & issuance register consisting of the following; I.<br> Inventory of equipment.<br> II. Test certificate.<br> III. Damage loss report register Booking in & out sheets detailing the name of person using equipment, date of issue, description etc.<br> In line with clients / COMPANY's Bi-annual lifting equipment campaign assist TPI with inspection & recertification of lifting equipment.<br> Carry out Banking/Signalman duties as and when required.<br> Ensures the lift is carried out following the plan.<br> Suspends the lift if changes or conditions (eg, wind) occur that would cause a deviation from the plan.<br> Plan and risk assess all routine and up to non-routine complicated crane-lifting operations associated with the day-to-day running of the client / COMPANY platforms.<br> Supervise all lifting operation on client / COMPANY platforms, including non-routine complex lifts.<br> once approved by Integrity Division.<br> Selecting the correct crane and accessories for the specific task.<br> Checks that load integrity and stability are satisfactory; Ensure all other statutory requirements and any necessary work permit are in place .<br> Identify all hazards and restricted areas.<br> Emergency Procedures in case of damage or impairment to the crane during operation, and for safe recovery of the crane to a holding location on the installation.<br> Ensuring that the person directing crane movements (Signaller / Banksman) is readily identifiable to the crane operator by wearing high visibility clothing or distinguishing markings.<br> Shall allow for concurrent or simultaneous operations that may affect or be affected by the lift, eg, helicopter operations, ballast control, other cranes.<br> Checks that there is no deviation from standards for routine lifts.<br> Ensuring that the workplace is provided with adequate lighting for night lifting.<br> Complete reports, lifting operation risk assessments, logs and other documentation, as required.<br> Ensure competent supervisor is available should the Appointed Person delegate his duties of part thereof to others Have sufficient general engineering knowledge of loose lifting equipment to carry out daily inspection routines.<br> Ensures that the lifting equipment is maintained, examined and appropriate for use.<br> Carry out platform emergency duties under the direction of nominated personnel.<br> Be multi-skilled in other platform duties including operating of firefighting equipment and undertaking fire standby and deck duties, when required.<br> The Appointed person can delegate his duties to competent personnel however the responsibility is still with the Appointed Person.<br> The Appointed person has the authority to stop operations where danger is likely to arise if operations continue.<br> Be at least 32 years of age and above.<br> Have at least 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.<br> Knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office are mandatory.<br> Shall have ADNOC Training center approved certification.<br> Have relevant oil & gas offshore and onshore lifting-related experience of not less than 10 years in the same area of application with 5 years in a similar position.<br> Have adequate training and hands on professional experience and be competent to act as an Appointed Person for lifting equipment.<br> Shall be able to write Lifting plans, and supervise and execute critical lifting in oil & gas companies.<br> Have focus on HSE priorities and lead a team for Safe Lifting Practices across different locations of the organization.<br> Familiar with international standard related to Lifting engineering practices with sufficient knowledge in interpretation and to bring excellence in Change management.<br> Valid OGUK Medical Certificate, BOSIET & H2S.<br> Preferred: Shall have LEEA-UK qualifications "Entry Exam" and 4 day Appointed Person (Supervisor) course by approved Company Training Company.<br></span> </div>

<p>Guest Service Responsibilities<br>
The Service Center Agent is working in a central area because she/he receives all the calls from outside the hotel and coordinates the internal calls.<br>
The Service Center Agent must ensure that all tasks performed are procedurally correct, timely and of a consistently quality.<br>
The Service Center Agent must ensure that through personal presentation, telephone manner, effective and efficient work practices and guest service standards, that guests and callers first impression of Hotel is a lasting one of genuine warmth and friendliness and of high standards.<br>
Follow up: The Service Center Agent will act quickly and efficiently, following the guest requests and instructions received by her/his supervisor.<br>
Telephone transfers: The Service Center Agent will be attentive to all guest requests and will ensure his/her entire satisfaction the service provided. She/he will ensure to transfer a call to the right person; he/she will introduce the person on line before to hang off. The Service Center Agent must know by heart all the telephone extensions of the Hotel in order to be more efficient.<br>
Privacy: The Service Center Agent will be attentive to respect the privacy/confidentiality of the information, or guest names available at the operator room. He/she will ensure not to transmit any guest name, or guest history information.<br>
Wake-Up Calls: The Service Center Agent will ensure that any wake-up call requested by a guest is performed at the exact time according to the established procedure.<br>
Guest Messages: The Service Center Agent will be attentive when they receive a message for a guest to take all the information and record them carefully. She/he well ensures that the guest has well received the message with full information.<br>
Calls Handling: The Service Center Agent is responsible to ensure that all phone calls are answered within 3 rings; he/she will then find the polite and tactful way to keep on hold a guest when it is required.<br>
Guest Knowledge: The Service Center Agent must have a good knowledge of the Sofitel So Bangkok guests, especially all the VIP and will mention their name on the phone as often as possible.</p>
<p>Technical Responsibilities<br>
Organization: She/he will ensure that Service Centre Room is perfectly tidy at any time.<br>
F&B Knowledge: The Service Center Agent has to ensure his/her full knowledge about the hotel outlets and menus. . The Solution Centre Officer must know on a daily basis the dishes of the day and have a good knowledge of Room service menu with all characteristics.<br>
F&B Order: The Service Center Agent will be attentive to get all details of a Room Service order, asking the accurate questions. All will be carefully recorded in a logbook and the full details will be given to the Room Service staff. The Service Center Agent will then ensure that the order is sent on time and reconfirm with the guest if it is reaching his expectations<br>
Housekeeping Follow up: He/she will as well answer all guest requests regarding the housekeeping issues. He/she will then ensure that he/she understands properly the request and will record the full details in the Logbook. The Service Center Agent will then ensure that the request has been followed up on time and will reconfirm with the guest that the proper follow up has been made.<br>
Communication: She/he will be attentive on all information received during the Supervisor briefing. She/he will be active and dynamic in participating in these different discussion opportunities. During his/her shift, she/he will report quickly any problem or question to her/his supervisor. The Service Center Agent will read the Service Center Agent logbook at the beginning of shift, follow up and keep it updated during his/her shift. Any problem or complaint must be recorded by the The Service Center Agent right away.<br>
Handover: Each end shift, The Service Center Agent will give a full handover to The Service Center Agent of the following shift regarding the activity & pending issues to be followed.<br>
Security Issues: The Service Center Agent has an important role to play in terms of security; he/she has to know by heart all security procedures established and to be able to act accurately if it is required.<br>
To ensure that all the standards and procedures established at the Hotel are reached successfully and permanently.</p>
