<li>Build relations with HCT alumni in the local and regional community to promote employment of HCT students and reduce their job search time.</li>
<li>Support Academic Operations with the identification of potential employers and work placement opportunities</li>
<li>Coach and mentor subordinates on a regular basis. Contribute in an effective and efficient manner to the recruitment and development of UAE Nationals.</li>
