Key Responsibilities Strategic & Commercial Leadership Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to achieve growth and profitability goals. Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to design predictive campaigns for acquisition and retention. Build and scale advisory-led sales models that deliver exceptional service quality. Talent Acquisition & Development Hire, train, and mentor high-calibre sales professionals specialized in health insurance. Utilize AI-based assessments to identify talent with strong advisory and compliance acumen. Partner with HR and L&D to implement AI-enabled learning and performance analytics programs. Promote a culture of learning, ethics and excellence. Collaboration with Internal Teams Partner with Marketing to design and execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns. Work closely with Technology to optimize CRM systems, digital tools, and automation for personalized sales journeys. Collaborate with Operations and Service teams to ensure efficient policy issuance, renewals, and claims support.
