About the Role We are hiring a Head of Accounts to lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations within our Shared Services / Global Capability Centre (GCC). Support management in achieving project HSE objectives and zero-incident targets. Requirements:NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. Knowledge of MSRA preparation is essential. ADOSH/OSHAD certification will be an added advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer in building construction, fit-out, or contracting projects. Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and industry best practices. Experience in conducting site inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits. Good communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites
