<p>We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join a leading natural stone and marble company in the UAE.
The Opportunity
Working closely with estimation and project teams, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of major high-end fit-out projects, including luxury hospitality, commercial buildings and iconic developments.
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead the commercial management of projects from tender stage through to final account, ensuring robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the preparation, review and submission of competitive tenders, ensuring accurate pricing, risk assessment and commercial viability.
• Manage all post-contract commercial activities, including valuations, variations, claims, cost reporting and final accounts.

<p><b>JOB SUMMARY </b></p><p>The Design Manager will be responsible for leading a team of designers, draftsman, with the objective of translating the Client’s design intent into a working, cost efficient POD solution within the time schedule allocated by the Project. It is the sole responsibility of the Design Manager that all the technical drawings and documentation is provided to relevant departments to ensure that Production is meeting the contractual targets set by Projects. </p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES</b> </p><p>1. Ensure that technical deliverables are issued to the client, reviewed, approved and issued to factory production all in accordance with the agreed delivery plan to site. </p><p>2. Maintain work plan schedule, drawings logs with due dates, and make sure all milestones are met on time. Report on the progress of the schedule and present updated logs on a weekly basis to the President. </p><p>3. Coordinate between the client, the Design Department, Commercial Department & Procurement department to finalize and secure approvals on the design and materials used for POD manufacturing. </p><p>4. Engage in team & client meetings or workshops to resolve project issues, review the design, discuss its feasibility and find solutions. </p><p>5. Manage all the processes related to producing a final set of drawings to be used for POD manufacturing. (Shop Drawings, Manufacturing Drawings, Purchase Drawings). </p><p>6.
