The Ticketing Unit Head leads and manages the smooth daily operations relating to ticketing and cash control activities within the museum. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that delivery activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Implement best practices for project management, including agile methodologies and tools. Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align Technical Delivery activities with business goals. Ensure effective collaboration between Technical Delivery teams and other functional areas of the organization. Ensure that AI projects meet customer requirements and expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvement in delivery processes. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field. Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and teams. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive health and safety programs that protect our workforce and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
