The candidate should have good knowledge of <b>chilled water AC systems</b>, electrical maintenance, and the ability to understand and work with <b>AutoCAD drawings</b>.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair <b>AC and chiller systems</b>.</li><li>Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and chiller equipment.</li><li>Perform installation and maintenance of <b>chilled water AC systems</b>, including associated piping and components.</li><li>Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC and chiller systems.</li><li>Perform basic to intermediate <b>electrical maintenance</b>, including checking electrical panels, wiring, motors, contactors, relays, and other electrical components.</li><li>Read and understand <b>AutoCAD drawings, HVAC layouts, electrical drawings, and technical diagrams</b>.</li><li>Conduct regular inspection of AC and chiller equipment and identify potential faults.</li><li>Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.</li><li>Maintain service and maintenance records and report major faults to the supervisor.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</p><ul><li>Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in <b>HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, or a related field</b>.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience as an <b>AC Technician / HVAC Technician / Chiller Technician</b>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>AC installation and maintenance</b>.</li><li>Experience with <b>chiller installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting</b>.</li><li>Practical experience with <b>chilled water AC systems</b> is mandatory.</li><li>Good understanding of <b>electrical maintenance and HVAC electrical controls</b>.</li><li>Ability to <b>read and understand AutoCAD drawings</b>.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical HVAC faults.</li><li>Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.</li><li>Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience</p><p><b>3–5 years of relevant experience</b> in AC, HVAC, chiller, and chilled water systems maintenance and installation.</p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Experience working with commercial, residential, industrial, or large-scale building HVAC systems.</p><p>UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.</p><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.</p><p>Availability to join immediately </p></div>
