Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience in HVAC design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, analysis, and execution of HVAC systems in compliance with project specifications, UAE local authority regulations, and international standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead and perform detailed building cooling load calculations using recognized methods and software. Design and review HVAC systems including ducting layouts, chilled water systems, VRF systems, ventilation, and equipment selection. Perform accurate sizing and selection of HVAC equipment such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, heat exchangers, and exhaust fans. Prepare and review detailed design drawings, schematics, and layouts using Auto CAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage). Evaluate and optimize HVAC design solutions for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and energy compliance. Ensure full compliance with UAE local authority regulations (e.g., municipality, Civil Defense) and ASHRAE standards.
