<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> About the job Day Technician - RM2,3 Mechanical <p>Job Title: Technician - RM2,3 Mechanical Day</p><br> <p>Role Purpose</p><br> <p>To perform the maintenance activities of RM Mill in order to achieve the assigned targets such as minimize</p><br> <p>plant down time and increase the mill availability &amp; consumption of spares with cost consciousness. </p><br> <p>Accountabilities &amp; Activities</p><br> <p>Key Activities</p><br> <p>Responsibilities Optimize Production:</p><br> <p>To execute all scheduled (day-to-day, preventive) maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs</p><br> <p>of the equipment's in order to optimize production &amp; minimize plant down time for maintenance related</p><br> <p>development works Prompt Trouble Shooting:</p><br> <p>Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment's and provide the assistance</p><br> <p>to find out the root cause for corrective action maintenance related development works Providing Solutions:</p><br> <p>Responsible for attending mechanical maintenance problems during breakdowns in the RM Plant. To</p><br> <p>communicate to superiors of any abnormalities found in the mill in order to plan &amp; rectify the same. Audit and Investigation:</p><br> <p>Inspection of equipment's to meet engineering principles and safety regulations in maintenance related</p><br> <p>development works. Maintenance Support:</p><br> <p>To assist and help Superiors in Mechanical Maintenance (RM ) in all technical areas to ensure smooth</p><br> <p>maintenance of the RM for uninterrupted production and co-ordination with other departments. Implementing Standards:</p><br> <p>Follow mechanical maintenance standards for all equipment in the RM Plant. Policies and Procedures Management:</p><br> <p>To follow all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental management policies, procedures applicable</p><br> <p>to maintenance related development.
