Define and document normal, abnormal, and recovery workflows so that automation vendors design for real shop-floor operating conditions rather than only nominal production cycles. Work with MES and digital teams to define shop-floor transactions and system behaviour, including production-order execution, operation confirmations, serial tracking, genealogy, material consumption, routing, WIP status, quality results, rework, holds, and production exceptions. Support alignment between SAP / MES processes and physical shop-floor execution, while detailed SAP configuration remains with the relevant specialist team.
