Review subcontractor progress and payment certifications. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary site representative with clients, consultants, and authorities. Attend project progress meetings and provide construction updates. Build strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.<br>Team Leadership:Lead and mentor Construction Engineers, Site Engineers, General Foremen, Supervisors, and subcontractor teams. Drive accountability, collaboration, and high performance across site teams. Conduct performance reviews and support the development of engineering staff.<br>Project Close-Out:Manage project completion, testing, inspections, snagging, and handover activities. Ensure all documentation is completed and handed over to the client. Support the defects liability period and project close-out process.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). Master's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is an advantage. PMP certification is highly desirable. Membership of a recognized engineering institution is preferred.<br>Experience:Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction. Minimum 7 years in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Management role. Proven experience delivering large-scale building projects in the UAE/GCC. Strong contractor-side experience is mandatory. Experience managing projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
