Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of architectural tasks. Inspect and verify the quality of materials and workmanship to meet project standards and client expectations. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and ISO 45001 standards. Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings to guide on-site activities. Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant regulations. Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Auto CAD. Valid registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Proven track record of managing on-site architectural works for large-scale projects.
