• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, taxation, risk management, internal controls, audits, and corporate governance while ensuring adherence to IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive commercial and operational performance by partnering with executive management on project financing, investment evaluations, M&A opportunities, contract negotiations, and strategic business decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, managing banking relationships, cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for large-scale EPC, energy, and industrial projects.</p><p>• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's Degree is highly preferred.
