Proven experience building and scaling affiliate programmes across the UK and US. Strong commercial understanding of affiliate performance, including commissions, discount costs, placement fees, returns, CPA, ROAS and new versus existing customer contribution. Position Overview We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and results-driven Café Supervisor / Manager to oversee the daily operations of a café while maintaining high standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
