The role provides leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and is accountable for project execution, client management, commercial performance, schedule adherence, quality, HSE, and risk management.<br><br>The position serves as the primary interface with the client, project stakeholders, licensors, contractors, and internal engineering disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Project Leadership & Delivery<br><br>Lead the execution of large-scale onshore gas storage projects in accordance with contractual requirements. Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP). Ensure project delivery within approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets. Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across FEED and Detailed Design phases. Drive project performance and monitor key project metrics.<br><br>Client & Stakeholder Management<br><br>Act as the single point of contact for the client on all project matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Lead project review meetings, progress meetings, and executive presentations. Manage interfaces with licensors, EPC contractors, vendors, and third-party consultants.<br><br>Engineering Management<br><br>Oversee engineering activities covering:Gas Storage Facilities. Compression Systems. Gas Processing Facilities. Pipeline Interfaces. Utilities and Offsites. Storage Terminals and Associated Infrastructure. Ensure engineering deliverables comply with client specifications, international codes, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate discipline leads to resolve technical and interface issues.<br>Commercial & Contract Management<br><br>Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability. Monitor revenue, cost performance, and resource utilization. Identify and manage scope changes and variation requests. Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions with clients.<br><br>Risk & HSE Management<br><br>Lead project risk identification and mitigation activities. Promote HSE culture and ensure compliance with company and client requirements. Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and project assurance reviews. Ensure implementation of project governance and quality management systems.<br><br>Resource Management<br><br>Establish project organization structures. Manage staffing requirements and resource planning. Mentor Project Engineers and discipline leads. Foster a high-performance project team environment.<br><br>Reporting<br><br>Prepare and present:Monthly Project Reports. Progress Updates. Executive Dashboards. Schedule and Cost Forecasts. Risk Registers. Lessons Learned Reports.<br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline). Master's Degree is advantageous. PMP certification preferred.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects. Minimum 10 years in Project Management roles. Proven experience delivering Onshore Gas Processing, Gas Storage, LNG, Compression Stations, or Gas Handling Facilities. Strong experience in Engineering Consultancy/EPCM environment. Experience managing projects exceeding USD 100M–500M+ TIC preferred. ADNOC project experience preferred, with strong understanding of ADNOC engineering standards, specifications, project execution requirements, and stakeholder management. Proven experience delivering projects across the full project lifecycle, including:Concept Studies Pre-FEEDFEEDDetailed Engineering EPC / EPCM Execution Demonstrated experience in both Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas projects, with balanced exposure across facilities, pipelines, utilities, and associated infrastructure. Job Purpose Summary<br><br>The incumbent will be responsible for the administration of the operations and activities in the Department of Student Accessibility Services ensuring it is in line with the stated goals, vision and mission of the division. Proactively promotes the awareness about the Department of Student Accessibility Services to encourage the acceptance of special needs students amongst Zayed University’s community. The Incumbent will manage the Work of a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Team, within the Department of Student Accessibility Services, to support Students with Special Needs.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br> Guide the development and implementation of long-range and short-range plans for achieving special education goals and objectives in alignment with the Department’s strategic plan. Plans, develops, implements, and administers programs and services to meet identified needs, including development and implementation of new programs and services. Maintaining existing resources and exploring opportunities to develop or incorporate new resources from the wide range available within the University and externally. Encouraging an atmosphere of continuing professional development and sharing of good practice with colleagues. Advising and Supporting Faculty in their teaching and curriculum delivery for those students with special educational needs. Ensures that students, including those with special or additional needs receive their full educational entitlement and have access to the whole curriculum. Maintain open lines of communication regarding special education with all interested parties; respond to concerns of parents, faculty and students. Provides ongoing SEN assessments (ranging from screening to assessment) to make recommendations for action that can subsequently be used to create individual educational plans (IEP). Coordinates and Promotes “Accessibility” related professional workshops to faculty and staff as well as workshops that can be given in high schools. Creates an annual budget that supports initiative by the Department of Student Accessibility Services. Manages all administrative work related to the department and generates on going Reports related to SEN. Manager all admin work related to the department of Student Accessibility Services in Dubai and generates on going reports related to SEN. Expands and maintains knowledge of current disability laws to ensure ZU maintains compliance. Facilitates communication and problem solving between faculty, staff, and students with disabilities on access and accommodation issues. Makes recommendations to the Department’s Director regarding any issues related to SEN students. Creates marketing information describing the department services to encourage students with disability to self-identify. Organizes awareness Event of SEN for all ZU Community. Provides training to ZU’s community to effectively support SEN students. Promotes, a positive student self-image, improving motivation levels and create a sense of “can do”. Manages the allocation of support resources, where appropriate, to identified SEN students. With a focus on business development, promotion of Made in Italy excellence, education and professional training, and sustainability consulting, Italiacamp is based in Rome and Milan, operating globally through Italiacamp EMEA FZCO in Dubai, which oversees the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy.<br>In this dynamic context of innovation and growth, Italiacamp is seeking a highly skilled Education & Training Manager to join our team in the Dubai Hub for Made in Italy. This role will report directly to the General Manager of Italiacamp EMEA FZCO and will support the strategic development and operational efficiency of our Education & Training projects based in the UAE.<br>Description and Activities<br>The Education & Training Manager will be responsible for defining, developing and scaling the Education & Training business line, turning the Hub into a recognized platform for professional learning, executive education, academic exchange and business-oriented knowledge transfer.<br>The core responsibilities include:<br>▪ Education Strategy & Business Architecture: Define the overall strategy and design the service portfolio and value proposition, identifying market needs, target clients and priority areas of development.<br>▪ Business Development: Identify business opportunities, contribute client acquisition and monitor the financial performance of the business line against agreed targets.<br>▪ Partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with Italian academic institutions, training providers, certification bodies and local stakeholders, positioning the Hub as a bridge between Italian expertise and the regional market.<br>▪ Learning Centre Management: Oversee the Hub’s Learning Centre, ensuring the design and delivery of high-quality training programs aligned with business objectives and market demand, with a focus on leadership, interpersonal skills and other strategic priority areas.<br>▪ Business Matching & Networking: Develop educational, institutional and commercial initiatives that turn training activities into opportunities for networking, business matching and market access, promoting high-value connections between Italian organizations and strategic local stakeholders.<br>Requirements<br>The ideal candidate:<br>▪ Has more than 6 years of experience in building, developing or scaling education, training or knowledge-based services.<br>▪ Strong business mindset and ability to translate ideas into marketable offers.<br>▪ Ability to manage partnerships with academic, institutional and corporate stakeholders.<br>▪ Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.<br>▪ Shows fluency in English (C1 level) and Italian, both written and spoken.
