Resolve technical issues related to equipment installation and commissioning.<br>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR<br>Experience Minimum 10-12 years of Mechanical Engineering experience. At least 7 years of direct experience with rotating equipment in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Power Generation, or EPC projects. Proven experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of rotating equipment. Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments. <p>• Proven experience in the installation, testing coordination, and commissioning support of LV &amp; HV Switchgear, Power Transformers, Ring Main Units (RMUs), and associated electrical equipment.</p><p>• Hands-on experience in LV &amp; HV cable laying, cable termination, jointing coordination, cable tray installation, and cable routing.</p><p>• Ability to review and interpret approved construction drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), layouts, and technical specifications.</p><p>• Experience in site supervision, ensuring all installation activities are carried out in compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.</p><p>• Strong experience in manpower planning, allocation, and productivity management for electrical installation works.</p><p>• Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.</p><p>• Experience in Material Take-Off (MTO), Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation, material reconciliation, and procurement support.</p><p>• Preparation and submission of daily progress reports, weekly reports, site records, inspection requests (IRs), and work completion documentation.</p><p>• Experience in coordinating inspections, testing activities, and the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.</p><p>• Familiarity with TAQA, ADDC, ADNOC, or other UAE utility standards and experience in utility, infrastructure, or EPC projects will be an added advantage.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
