<p>Prepare in co-ordination with the Site team and the Planning manager a detailed Project Construction Schedule including cost, resources, milestones, procurement and authority connections to obtain consultant’s approval.
Review and continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the construction progress and report to the Project Manager/Planning Manager.
Prepare revised recovery program when the program of work is substantially behind approved construction schedule.
Submit within one month of project start manpower chart , schedule of materials and equipment schedule.
Prepare Project Mobilization Schedule/Check List in accordance with the steps out-lined in project mobilization procedures in coordination with Planning Manager/Project Manager.
Prepare, review and approve the subcontractor’s program in line with the requirements of the baseline program and the contract.
Monitor the progress against the approved project construction schedule and alert the site management and the top management of any impediments that has the potential to jeopardize the milestone targets.
Prepare detailed monthly reports to the consultant including detailed status reports on progress, technical submissions, commercial aspects, progress photographs and HSE statistics.
Prepare internal construction schedule and ensure its progress implementation.
Advise the site team of any potential delays for the project and participate in implementing the corrective action to avert the situation.
Follow-up closely the material deliveries for the project and ensure timely deliveries for on-time completion of the project and report findings in weekly internal progress meeting.
Ensure that the kick-off meeting with the subcontractor is conducted within 7 days after the issuance of Letter of Intent.
Prepare project correspondences for the project in liaison with the project manager to notify the client/consultant/subcontractor about the delays and its potential impacts.
Generate technical submission & material procurement logs in liaison with the technical department and closely monitor the technical submissions and procurement including subcontractor submissions and highlight to PM&PLM any anticipated delay.
Attend all meetings with the consultant, client and subcontractors to discuss site progress, progress of technical submissions and other pending critical issues. Prepare agenda for subcontractor kick-off meetings.
Monitor the productivity scales of the different trades and reporting to the site management & Planning Manager periodically of any shortfalls in the desired productivity scales.
Prepare Project Close-Out Schedule; Verify with Planning Manager & Project Manager and issue the same to site team 3 months prior to project substantial completion date.
