The Sales Engineer is the technical backbone of the new business sales organisation and works alongside territory sales leads to evangelise, architect, propose, and demonstrate business value to acquisition customers and partners throughout the sales process. In this position you will be responsible for MEA territory paired with a sales executives.<br>Primary Responsibilities and Duties Provide technical expertise in the form of presentations, demos, POVs, objection handling, and dialog that educates and drives the LMNTRIX value proposition for prospective customers. Have a passion for new-business acquisition sales and obtaining the technical win throughout the buyer’s journey. Be an active participant in discovery conversations with prospective customers to understand their needs and validate alignment with LMNTRIX solutions. Thoroughly understand and document customer environments including security tooling, network design, authentication, and cloud services. Effectively demonstrate key differentiators by understanding the competitive landscape across endpoint protection, network visibility, security logs and cloud security unified to create effective manged detection & response solutions. Support the Cyber Defence Centre with client onboarding and execution – including clients monthly & quarterly reviews. Be present and have strong contacts in the reseller and MSP channel communities, training and supporting partners technical teams. Participate in activities that drive growth within the territory including webinars, channel enablement, and field marketing events. Mentor new hires in region and partners across many areas including technical knowledge transfer, demo and presentation best practices, and sales processes. Volunteer for and execute upon company or team-wide initiatives such as process improvement, training, content creation, etc. Key Skills In depth knowledge of infrastructure components including Endpoint, Networking, Identity Management, SIEM, and Cloud Services. Technical understanding of security tools and strategies. E.g. security frameworks, security operations, incident response, SIEM, XDR, EDR/EPP, NDR, CSPM etc. Ability to articulate and demonstrate the business application and value of the LMNTRIX technology to all audiences, ranging from technical to executive-level decision makers. You will not be maintaining a finished product - you will be shaping it. <br>There is meaningful technical debt to address, features to build for launch, and a codebase to take genuine pride in. The successful candidate has a clear career pathway to become Head of Engineering.<br>Key Responsibilities:• Backend ownership - Own the Node.js/Express API layer. Operating from the client/operator perspective, this role holds primary responsibility for the overall financial governance, budget management, commercial evaluation, and cost forecasting of major energy infrastructure capital projects. Acting as a trusted commercial authority, you will closely monitor multi-million-dollar EPC contractor expenditures, evaluate variation orders, implement robust change management frameworks, and deliver executive-level financial reporting aligned with international joint-venture standards.<br><br><br><br>Skills and Responsibilities: <br>Establish, monitor, and enforce overarching cost control systems, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and budget baselines across assigned major capital projects. Review, audit, and validate EPC/EPCM contractor progress payment certificates, monthly valuation applications, milestone billings, and detailed timesheets to ensure alignment with actual physical completion. Develop, maintain, and continuously refine realistic EAC forecasts, cash flow projections, commitment logs, and risk/contingency drawdowns. Lead the technical and commercial evaluation of contractor Variation Requests and Change Order Requests (CORs); perform cost-impact assessments and negotiate equitable adjustments. Manage project financial structures within SAP Project Systems (PS)—including WBS creation, purchase order (PO) commitments, Service Entry Sheet (SES) approvals, and final asset capitalization workflows. Protect project financial interests by proactively auditing contractor cost reports, identifying billing discrepancies early, and developing technical defenses against potential commercial claims. Prepare high-level monthly cost variance reports, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, and executive dashboards for senior project leadership, board members, and international shareholders. Prepare, issue, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to address deviations from project specifications. Expedite the approval process for permits and regulatory clearances, minimising delays to project timelines. Lead weekly progress meetings with the Client, Contractor, and project team to review progress and resolve issues. Maintain project documentation in accordance with company and client standards. Negotiate change orders on behalf of the Client with the Contractor and provide recommendations for approval. Review and approve the contractor’s monthly invoices, verifying the quantities and values of completed work.
