POSITION OBJECTIVE<br><br>A restaurant manager’s primary role is to manage and control the day to day restaurant operations<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Ensure that FOH and BOH staffs are familiar with the day’s requirement. Ensure training of all staff is done prior to restaurant opening and whenever needed to maintain excellence of operation standards. Responsible for coordination with all related parties during the Pre-opening Phase of the restaurant to ensure that the Opening Date is reached with full readiness of entire aspects of staffing, training, stocking, menu, budgets, Marketing Plan, and all other aspects of operations. Ensure that all staff is treated fairly and with commonly accepted courtesy. Ensure that time tables, leave roasters and attendance registers are up-to-date. Coordinate with the executive chef and bartender for new menus as needed and to create a wide variety of new dishes and beverage list. Ensure that all communications between restaurant and kitchen run smoothly. Ensure that all purchased order have been delivered and stored. Responsible for the Profit and loss statement of the restaurant. Responsible for achieving set revenues and sales targets for the entire operation of the restaurant on both Floors. Managing the prompt efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the restaurant. Schedules working hours of all Service staff, taking into consideration volume of expected business (Reservations and timetables) and ensure that attendance registers are kept daily and that any absenteeism is immediately brought to the attention of the HR. Ensure that all staffs are under control are fully informed in respect of disciplinary procedures, the handling of grievances, etc. Ordering supplies and to ensure that all stocks are ordered to the correct quantities, quality and price. Managing all administration procedure and ensure that all documents are sent to the appropriate accounts department immediately for processing. Ensure that expenses are within budget limits. Managing the Tips division. Control and manage the monthly inventory. Managing the day to day function of all restaurant employees, facilities, daily stock checks/stock takes and sales. Ensure that all stocks are being kept securely and under the correct conditions applicable to each type of commodity stored Managing the daily briefing with the staff to ensure smooth running of the service sequences Hold weekly meetings with the Managing Partner to ensure that operation is going as it should and to ensure that any special arrangements are properly communicated. Responsible for the PR and Marketing activities and communication in order to maximize exposure, footfall and sales revenues of both levels of Restaurant. Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on all aspects of the restaurant operations, including but not limited to budgets, cost breakdowns and sales breakdowns (per food categories, customer profile, menu items, days of the week, etc) Health, Safety and Security Maintain the required standard of operational hygiene according to cleaning rotas at all times. Be aware of the Restaurant policies and procedures relating to health, hygiene, and fire life safety and ensure your direct reports do the same. Familiarize with emergency exits and evacuation procedures. Financial Management To achieve the budget by monitoring and controlling the departmental operations, considering restaurant and expenditure. <b>Job Purpose</b> <br><p>The purpose of this role is to perform and supervise maintenance, repair and installation of air conditioning, ventilation systems, and refrigeration systems work in residential & commercial buildings and to ensure work is in accordance with all standards of building codes and safety. </p><br><br><b>Key Result Responsibilities</b> <br><ul><li>Performs any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment, as assigned by the supervisor/Engineer In-Charge, coordinates with co-workers for the project. </li><li>Reviews assigned tasks with the Engineer-in-Charge to gain full understanding of the work, priorities, requirements and cautions, prior to starting work. </li><li>Prepares or works from blueprints, plans, drawings, diagrams and specifications in accordance with the building code or approved trade practices. </li><li>Performs scheduled maintenance ensuring that the required tools are obtained and used per issued instructions. </li><li>Assembles, installs, tests and maintains air conditioning systems and components (pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.) ensuring work is in accordance with all standards of building HVAC codes and safety. </li><li>Inspects the chiller, package, ducted split and others and diagnoses malfunctioning systems, units, etc., using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and fix the problem. </li><li>identifies hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure safety and compliance with codes. </li><li>Develops preventative maintenance schedule and performs routine maintenance of commercial rooftop cooling equipment. </li><li>Maintains appropriate inventory of repair and warranted parts used (building exhaust fans, ventilation units/systems) and coordinates the return of tools used to a secure location. </li><li>Arranges for spares/materials from approved suppliers for repair & maintenance work </li><li>Regularly reports the status of assigned tasks to the Engineer-in-Charge and alerts him or her to any problems with the execution of the work. </li><li>Prepares log-book of activities carried as required. </li><li>Conducts customer training on the use and operation of air conditioning systems. </li><li>Demonstrates high level of consideration to housekeeping standards in all tasks performed. </li><li>Manages the safety of own assigned maintenance tasks, ensuring all published mandatory precautions are taken prior to commencing work and during task execution. </li><li>Takes positive steps to protect self and other persons in the area of the maintenance activity from any possible injury, including the use of protective equipment. </li><li>Pays attention to human factors aspects of maintenance, ensuring that work interruption procedures are followed, and that adequate access and lighting is used for maintenance and inspections. </li><li>Uses & wears necessary equipment for safety like safety shoos ,helmet ,gloves protection glass, etc. </li><li>Internal Customer Service: provides helpful information and support to own team and to other department personnel involved with managing scheduled construction/maintenance work. </li><li>Presents a positive and competent image of technical professionalism to other companies’ personnel and company customers. </li><li>Maintains positive awareness to the cost of maintenance including use of time and materials. Minimizes unnecessary waste of consumable material and part repair cost by avoiding unnecessary damage and repeat work during maintenance. </li></ul><br><b>Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)</b> <br><p>1-2 years of relevant technical experience in the related field in any engineering/construction/maintenance company is a must. </p><br><br><b>Work Experience</b> <br><p>Experience in fire alarms is preferred. </p><br><br><p>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and express updates accordingly. </p><br><br><p>Ability to understand assignments and perform tasks according to priorities and logical order. </p><br><br><p>Cooperative team player demonstrates ability to work in a multicultural environment. </p><br><br><p>Willing to work on shift pattern (24/7) and long working hours. </p><br><br><p>Multi-task oriented with high detail orientation. </p><br><br><p>Reliable, self-motivated displays energy and enthusiasm. </p><br><br><p>Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against set </p><br><br><br> </div>

The role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights, support decision making and drive business performance. </li><li>Support the manufacturing plant's budgeting, forecasting, profit planning and financial reporting processes.</li><li>Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, productivity, margins and working capital performance to support business decisions.</li><li>Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Accounting teams to provide financial insights and drive performance improvements.</li><li>Support capital investment evaluations, cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs through financial analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, SOX requirements and audit standards.</li><li>Utilize SAP, Excel and reporting tools to deliver timely, accurate and actionable financial information to plant leadership. </li></ul><br>Qualifications:
