Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure technical accuracy. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC activities with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare project schedules, work programs, material procurement plans, and manpower deployment plans. Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and applicable UAE codes and standards. Conduct technical reviews and resolve engineering issues during project execution. Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities. Verify subcontractor work quality and certify completed works. Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality. Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site. Prepare RFIs, method statements, material submittals, shop drawing reviews, and technical documentation. Role Purpose To lead plumbing engineering coordination on assigned Innovo MEP projects, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring plumbing deliverables meet specification and programme requirements. Key Accountabilities Technical Leadership Lead review of plumbing shop drawings, submittals, and method statements. Provide technical direction on water supply, drainage, and fire fighting plumbing systems design intent. Coordination Lead plumbing coordination with other disciplines and resolve complex clashes. Attend project meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues. <br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Project Engineer on bridge maintenance, bridge rehabilitation, or similar infrastructure maintenance projects in the UAE. Experience working with government or semi-government infrastructure projects in the UAE is preferred. Strong knowledge of bridge maintenance practices, construction methods, and project execution. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).<br><br><br>Additional Information<br><br>Strong project planning and site coordination skills. Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safe work practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple site activities.
