Completion of an accredited residency and higher specialty training program in Neurosurgery. Consultant qualification recognized under the UAE Professional Qualification Requirements (PQR), such as Arab Board, American Board, Canadian Fellowship, CCT/CCST, European Board, or equivalent recognized qualification. Minimum of 3 years of post-certification experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon. Valid DOH License as Consultant Neurosurgery or eligibility to obtain one. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Demonstrated expertise in cranial, spinal, and emergency neurosurgical procedures. Strong clinical decision-making, surgical, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
