Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><br><p>Supervising a group of BIM team leads to delivering concurrent infrastructure projects and carrying accountability for what that group produces. On the team's responsibility assignment matrix this is the second most accountable position after the BIM Manager: it owns resource deployment, clash resolution, validation of model and drawing submissions, and the final check before anything is issued for design review.</p><br><p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p><br><p>Deployment and progress</p><br><ul><li>Own the deployment of resources across the group's disciplines and rebalance it as project demand moves.</li><li>Chair production progress meetings and discipline coordination meetings for the group.</li><li>Own the key performance indicators reported for the group and the progress position on clash and issue resolution.</li><li>Onboard third parties were brought in to support the project team.</li><li>Delivery management</li><li>Own model and drawing delivery for the group, against the master information delivery plan and the discipline task information delivery plans.</li><li>Own the standards that the work is produced to: NOC data standardisation, base plan standardisation, base plan and title block milestone requirements, and the authoring tool template files.</li><li>Own data shortcut setup and the part catalogue or object library arranged for each project.</li><li>Own the implementation of design automation in support of the production teams.</li><li>Maintain the single source of truth for the 2D extraction of drawings.</li></ul><p><strong>Validation and issue</strong></p><br><ul><li>Validate discipline model submissions against the model checklist and BIM data for GIS submission against the GIS checklist.</li><li>Own the drawing checklist and CAD standard compliance check.</li><li>Perform the final drawing sanity check before anything is issued to discipline or interdisciplinary review.</li><li>Own quantity take-off compliance where it feeds the bill of quantities.</li></ul><p><strong>Clash and Interface</strong></p><br><ul><li>Own the clash resolution activity for the group, end to end.</li><li>Issue direction and provide the solution where a clash needs a decision.</li><li>Agree with the solution with the engineering team and establish which modeller carries the fix.</li><li>Ensure interfaces and tie-ins between disciplines and with third parties are coordinated.</li><li>Deliver internal training on the authoring tools and confirm the group's capability against project requirements.</li><li>Manage performance and development for the team leads reporting to the role.</li><li>Support recruitment, technical interviewing and onboarding.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>Degree in Civil Engineering, or a diploma with equivalent proven experience.</li><li>10+ years in infrastructure design production, of which at least five supervising multiple teams or a large production team in an engineering consultancy.</li><li>Demonstrable record of delivering to ISO 19650 on live projects; formal certification is an advantage.</li><li>Middle East consultancy experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>Fluent written and spoken English.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical requirements</strong></p><br><ul><li>Civil 3D and AutoCAD to an advanced level, with a working command of Navisworks for clash and interface management.</li><li>Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360, including model coordination spaces and package sharing.</li><li>ISO 19650 in practice: BIM execution plan, master and task information delivery plans, information states and level of information need.</li><li>Data shortcuts, part catalogues, object styles and authoring templates at a level that lets the role set them for others.</li><li>Local authority requirements in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including utility depth, cover and corridor allocation standards.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><p><strong>Reports to</strong></p><br><p>BIM Manager, Infrastructure</p><br><p><strong>Direct reports</strong></p><br><p>5 to 6 BIM team leads and their teams</p><br><p><em>At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously. <strong>To support this commitment, all newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.</strong></em></p><br><p><strong>About AECOM</strong> </p><br><p>AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees. Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>Job Summary</p><br><p>The Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all logistics activities associated with large-scale infrastructure projects to ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, workforce access, temporary facilities, and construction resources. The role oversees logistics planning from project mobilization through construction, testing & commissioning, handover, and project close-out while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations, surrounding communities, and existing infrastructure.</p><br><p>The Logistics Manager works closely with the Project Director, Resident Engineers, Planning Manager, Contractors, Utility Authorities, Government Agencies, Suppliers, and Stakeholders to develop and implement integrated logistics strategies that support safe, efficient, and uninterrupted project delivery.</p><br><p>Key Job Duties</p><br><p>1. Logistics Planning & Management</p><br><ul><li>Develop and implement the project Logistics Management Plan.</li><li>Plan and coordinate site access, material deliveries, equipment movements, storage areas, and temporary facilities.</li><li>Ensure logistics activities align with the approved construction programme.</li><li>Optimize logistics operations to improve project efficiency and minimize disruptions.</li></ul><p>2.
