Job Purpose To provide his portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and bank and retain their loyalty and respect. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports on business development performance and insights.<br><br>What We Are Looking For<br><br>Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, sales or client acquisition in the interior design, architecture, lighting or related building materials industry. Strong existing network with interior designers, architects or design specifiers in the UAE is highly beneficial. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to architects, designers, and developers. Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results in a target‑driven environment. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
