We are now growing in Europe and are looking for someone to initiate conversations with hotels, hotel groups, and hospitality companies. This is a fully remote, full-time role. Our head office is in Dubai, but you can work from anywhere.<br>About the role This role is for someone who understands hotels, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to use their hospitality knowledge in a new way - not inside one hotel, but across the European hospitality market.<br>What you will do You will represent Dandelion Civilization in the European hospitality market. Your main tasks will be to:contact hotels, hotel groups, and hospitality companies across Europe;make cold calls and introduce our product in a professional, clear, and natural way;find the right decision-makers: General Managers, HR Managers, Operations Managers, Owners, and corporate representatives;explain the value of our product in simple hospitality language;arrange online meetings and product presentations;follow up with potential clients and build trust over time;keep track of contacts, conversations, feedback, and next steps;share market feedback with the team and help us improve how we present the product. This is not about reading the same script every day. It is about starting real conversations, understanding what hotels need, and helping an innovative product find its place in the market.<br>What we expect from you Experience in hotels, hospitality, travel, HoReCa, or corporate hospitality sales. Good understanding of how hotels work and who makes decisions inside them. Confidence in speaking with new people and making cold calls. Professional communication with hotel managers, owners, and corporate teams. Good spoken and written English. Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Open-minded attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn. Interest in innovation, digital products, and the future of hospitality. Job Summary:The position of customer service representative consists of supporting customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with Trend Group’s products and services<br>Key responsibilities:Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department to prepare quotations. Issue and send quotations, invoices, receipts, and statements to customers in a timely manner Handle clients' account queries. Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary. Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned. Update accounting records/Zoho with new payments, balances, customer information etc. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines. Responsible for monitoring clients’ payment status, collecting receivables and finalise project accounts for completed projects Responsible for preparation of progress claims and invoices, and verify details with clients. Are you an outbound SDR who's consistently hitting quota and ready to take ownership of a booming sector in the UAE?<br>A fast-growing enterprise software company based in Dubai — 30 years in the region's facilities management space — is building out its first-ever dedicated SDR team. Their platform is already deployed across some of the region's biggest organisations in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government. You'll be part of a team uilding the outbound pipeline that takes them further.<br>What's in it for you<br>10,000–12,000 AED base salary per month, dependent on experience, + 4,000 AED variable (14,000–16,000 AED OTE) A fully provisioned outbound tech stack from day one Direct mentorship from the sales lead, with a clear growth path The chance to shape the outbound motion of a scaling GCC software business from the ground up Enterprise deal exposure from day one<br>What you'll be doing Building and running multi-channel outbound sequences targeting enterprise buyers across the UAE and GCCIdentifying and researching high-value accounts Qualifying leads against the Ideal Customer Profile Owning your pipeline data and reporting weekly on activity, conversion, and contribution Working toward a monthly booked-meeting target<br>What we need<br>2+ years in an outbound SDR or BDR role at a B2B Saa S company, ideally enterprise Hands-on experience with CRM and prospecting tools A proven track record of hitting or exceeding your prospecting quota Experience selling into the UAE or GCC market Strong English; Arabic is a significant plus Based in Dubai and available to work on-site, 5 days per week
