<li>Ability to complete assigned task with no supervision. Worked in a specific facilities maintenance trade for at least 6 years and attended a trade school or upper education.</li>
<li>Ability to sustain assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures this to include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire life safety systems, recreational water systems, Hotel rooms and public areas, exterior resort features. Etc.</li>
<li>Reports to Supervisor and Manager and performs tasks and assignments as necessary.</li>
<li>Carries out CBM s (Conditional Based Maintenance) as assigned and follows through with preventive maintenance as per equipment manufacturers and property guidelines and manuals.</li>

<li>Knowledge about maintenance and operation of the building water distribution and filtration system (Cold / Hot water system) and associated pump sets</li>
<li>Work experience on the maintenance and operation of pumps, motors, valves, bearings, seals, pipe fitting of multiple types, etc.</li>
<li>Knowledge operation and maintenance on pools and chemical dosing system (Chlorine / PH )</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience on installation PPR/ PVC pipeline and all plumbing piping for sanitaryware's general wash basins, water closet, shower, tubs, sink, kitchen water supply and drains, etc.</li>

<li><span>Willingness to collaborate with other colleagues and support each other to ensure smooth operations.</span></li>
<li><span>1 – 2 years of experience in Hotels, Fine- Dining restaurants or Bars.</span></li>
<li><span>High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management is often required.</span></li>
<li><span>Professional proficiency in English language.</span></li>
<li><span>Proficiency in other languages will be advantageous.</span></li>

<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>Our Utility Cleaners play an important role in support of a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels these associates may work across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry) to support cleaning needs. Whether preparing fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests to enjoy, operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers), or transporting dishware or linens across the hotel, these associates do whatever it takes to get the job done.<br>No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
