Support business units in identifying potential risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans. Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and prepare periodic risk reports for management. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and risk mitigation measures. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on risk, governance, compliance, and audit-related matters. Track identified risk issues, action plans, and remediation activities to ensure timely closure. Support internal and external audits by providing relevant risk documentation and information. Stay updated on applicable regulatory, governance, and insurance industry requirements. Contribute to business continuity, operational resilience, and other enterprise risk initiatives as required.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and risk assessment methodologies. Experience with risk registers, KRIs, risk reporting, and mitigation planning. Good analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional certification in Risk Management, ERM, FRM, CIA, ACCA, or a related field will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for site personnel.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety standards.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, permits, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct emergency drills.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure a safe working environment.</p><p>• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory).
• IOSH Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE legislation and international safety standards.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
