The resource will work closely with business stakeholders to automate spatial workflows, integrate GIS with enterprise applications such as Oracle CX CRM, CAFM, MIMS, SAP, and other corporate systems, enabling real-time visualization, decision-making, and operational excellence. </p></li></ul><br><ol><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain Enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and Esri development technologies. </p></li><li><p>Develop GIS web applications, dashboards, and mobile applications using Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and Field Maps. </p></li><li><p>Design and implement GIS integrations with Oracle CX CRM, CAFM, MIMS, SAP, and other enterprise applications using REST APIs and middleware. </p></li><li><p>Develop automation scripts using Python, ArcPy, and ModelBuilder to streamline GIS data management and business workflows. </p></li><li><p>Design, manage, and maintain enterprise geodatabases ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. </p></li><li><p>Support GIS migration, upgrades, and platform modernization activities including ArcGIS Enterprise infrastructure. </p></li><li><p>Perform GIS spatial analysis, mapping, reporting, and visualization to support business operations and strategic planning. </p></li><li><p>Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, issue resolution, and application performance optimization. </p></li><li><p>Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and implement GIS solutions. </p></li><li><p>Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, prepare technical documentation, provide effort estimates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. </p></li></ol><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in GIS, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in geospatial principles.</li><li>Holds relevant certifications such as ESRI certifications (e.g., ArcGIS Desktop Professional), demonstrating expertise in industry-standard software.</li><li>Demonstrates 3-5 years of hands-on experience in GIS development, showcasing practical skills and project experience.</li><li>Exhibits a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL, enabling efficient data management and manipulation.</li></ul>
