This is a creative leadership role that combines the skills of a social media strategist, professional photographer, and skilled videographer into one impactful position.<br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLES<br>› Social Media Management› Content Creation & Copywriting› Brand Storytelling› Campaign Planning & Execution› Professional Photography› Videography & Film Production› Drone Aerial Photography & Video› Post-Production & Editing<br>Social Media Management› Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook) aligned with Archvoyage's luxury brand identity.› Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality content consistently across all channels.› Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategy based on data-driven insights.› Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a premium online community.› Collaborate with leadership to align social campaigns with project launches, milestones, and announcements.<br>Content Creation & Copywriting› Conceptualize, produce, and publish premium content including reels, stories, posts, and long-form video.› Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy that reflect a luxury brand voice.› Develop mood boards, content calendars, and creative briefs for upcoming shoots and campaigns.› Ensure all content maintains consistent brand aesthetics-tone, palette, typography, and visual style.<br>Photography› Conduct professional on-site photography of luxury villa projects at all stages-construction, interiors, exteriors, and final reveals.› Operate professional-grade DSLR or mirrorless camera systems (Sony, Canon, Nikon, or equivalent).› Stage and style shoots to highlight architectural details, finishes, and design elements.› Deliver fully edited, print-ready and web-optimized images with fast turnaround.› Maintain a library of organized, catalogued project assets.<br>Videography & Drone Operations› Produce cinematic video content including project walkthroughs, time-lapses, reveal videos, and brand films.› Operate drones (DJI or equivalent) to capture breath-taking aerial footage of villa projects and surrounding landscapes.› Hold a valid drone pilot license / certification as required by local aviation authority (GCAA / UAE regulations compliance).› Edit and color-grade video footage to a broadcast-quality finish using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.› Deliver content optimized for social media, website, and client presentation formats.<br>QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS<br>Essential Requirements› Minimum 3 years of professional experience in content creation, photography, and videography.› Proven experience managing social media accounts for a premium brand (real estate, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle preferred).› Proficiency with professional cameras-DSLR or mirrorless (Sony, Canon, Nikon, or equivalent).› Certified drone pilot with hands-on experience operating DJI Phantom, Mavic, or Inspire series.› Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).› Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO for video, and content engagement best practices.› Portfolio demonstrating luxury real estate, architecture, or high-end lifestyle content.<br>Preferred Qualifications› Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field.› Experience shooting in a construction or real estate development environment.› Knowledge of luxury brand marketing and high-net-worth audience targeting.› Motion graphics or 3D visualization skills are a strong advantage.› Bilingual/Multilingual proficiency is a plus.› With own visa (freelance).<br>HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates are invited to submit the following to our HR team:› Updated CV / Resume› Portfolio or showreel link (Behance, website, You Tube, or Google Drive)› Examples of social media accounts or campaigns you have managed› Brief cover letter outlining your experience with luxury or real estate brands<br> info@archvoyage.com cc hr@archvoyage.ae<br>Please include "Content Creator Application" in the subject line. .
