The position works closely with design, engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams to support coordinated and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities1. BIM Modelling & Documentation <ul><li>Create and update BIM models for firefighting systems including wet and dry risers, sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, deluge systems, foam systems, fire pumps, tanks, and associated pipework </li><li>Develop detailed plans, sections, elevations, schematics, isometric drawings, and installation drawings from approved design information </li><li>Model firefighting equipment, valves, fittings, supports, sleeves, and other system components accurately </li><li>Prepare coordinated shop drawings, builders’ work drawings, and as-built documentation </li><li>Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, drawing standards, and project BIM requirements </li></ul>2. المسمى الوظيفي: مدير تصميم الواجهات نوع التوظيف: دوام كامل الراتب: حتى 18 ألف درهم إماراتي شاملاً بحسب الخبرة والمؤهلات مكان العمل: دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة حول العميل: واحدة من الأسماء المعروفة في تصنيع الألومنيوم والزجاج، ومقرها في دبي - قيادة وإدارة مشاريع تصميم الواجهات بما في ذلك الجدران الستارية، تغطية ACP، أنظمة الزجاج، المصاريع، وحلول الألومنيوم. - الإشراف على مهندسي التصميم ومنسقي BIM والرسامين لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبجودة عالية. - التنسيق مع المعماريين والمستشارين وفرق الإنتاج والتوريد والميدان لتنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة. - ضمان الامتثال لمعايير البناء GCC ومتطلبات العميل وممارسات الهندسة المعمارية للواجهات الدوليةالمؤهلات: - ذكر، العمر 30-40 عامًا - خبرة تصميم واجهات/ألومنيوم لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع واجهات GCC - درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو المدنية أو الهيكلية أو العمارة أو المجالات ذات الصلة - الإتقان في AutoCAD وRevit وNavisworks وبرامج تنسيق BIM مع معرفة تقنية قوية بأنظمة الجدران الستارية والواجهات
