The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented order management professional to coordinate orders from initial receipt through fulfillment and completion. You will maintain accurate order information, monitor progress, communicate updates, and help resolve exceptions to support reliable fulfillment and a positive customer experience. This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate orders from receipt and verification through fulfillment and completion. Review orders for accuracy, product availability, pricing, customer details, and required information. Enter, update, and maintain accurate order and customer information. Monitor order status, fulfillment progress, delivery timelines, and outstanding actions. Coordinate with sales, inventory, procurement, logistics, finance, and customer service teams. Communicate order confirmations, updates, delays, changes, and exceptions to relevant stakeholders. Identify and resolve routine order discrepancies, processing issues, and fulfillment exceptions. Track purchase orders, stock availability, shipments, and delivery-related information where required. Maintain organized order records, reports, documentation, and transaction histories. Recommend improvements to order workflows, processing accuracy, fulfillment efficiency, and customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in order management, order processing, operations, e-commerce, logistics, or customer support is preferred. Strong understanding of order lifecycle management, fulfillment workflows, and transaction processing. Knowledge of inventory availability, order verification, delivery coordination, and customer communication. Familiarity with order management, ERP, e-commerce, spreadsheet, reporting, and productivity systems. Strong numerical accuracy and excellent attention to detail. Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve routine operational issues effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management abilities. Reliable, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
