<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Supervise and manage construction activities at project sites.</p></li><li><p>Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.</p></li><li><p>Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.</p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.</p></li><li><p>Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.</p></li><li><p>Resolve on-site issues and report to the Project Manager.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper documentation and records related to site works.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction projects</strong> (buildings, villas, commercial, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Proficient in reading construction drawings and using AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.</p></li><li><p>UAE driving license is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
