Our labs allow unattended testing of partial to full products including moving robots, allowing the team to work remotely.<br><br>About The Role<br><br>Lead and manage home (alpha) test initiatives to capture issues at product development early stage and assess product performance in real-world conditions. Validate lab test outcomes against design quality to ensure seamless integration. Analyse in-life product quality and other data streams to develop actionable insights. Build and drive a leading quality dashboard that functions as an early indicator for both software and hardware quality (SWHWPS). Develop robust product-level test specifications and perform detailed product level requirement analytics. Ensure detailed and accurate test specifications are ready and aligned before Target Set milestones, supporting design and engineering teams from concept through production post launch. Drive innovations in test methodologies, including the application of AI/ML and advanced data analytics to enhance detection reliability and test efficiency. Act as a technical authority within the Test & QA team, collaborating with Development, Operations, Quality and Design teams to integrate test processes seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.
