As part of our Cyber Technology Consulting team, you will lead and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements for clients across the MENA region. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and mature IAM strategies, solutions, and governance aligned with their business and compliance needs. Role Description The RO Plant Operator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation of reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment plants, ensuring consistent performance, safety, and compliance with quality standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves supervising plant operators, coordinating shifts, and monitoring equipment, control panels, and system parameters. The position includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting operational issues, organizing preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring proper documentation of plant performance and incidents. The supervisor collaborates with technical and management teams to optimize plant efficiency, manage chemical usage, uphold environmental and safety regulations, and support continuous improvement of processes and operating procedures. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Plant Operations skills, including RO system monitoring, process control, and supervision of plant staff. Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including sampling, testing, and verification of treated water against defined standards. Candidates should possess Machine Operation skills, including safe and efficient operation of RO equipment, pumps, valves, and associated systems. Candidates should possess Maintenance skills, including routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and coordination of mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. Relevant experience in water treatment or utility plants, preferably with RO or similar filtration technologies. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to industrial water treatment operations. Ability to read technical documents, operating manuals, and process diagrams, and maintain accurate records and reports. Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities to guide and train plant personnel. Technical diploma or degree in engineering, water treatment, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in plant operations or safety are an advantage
