About German Tech Machinery
Since 2010 we have supplied and serviced industrial woodworking and packaging machinery across the Middle East. We represent leading European manufacturers — including Weinig, Holz-Her, Martin, Lamello and Mahr — and support customers in the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman with machine sales, spare parts, installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
We are a team of around 22 people based in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area, Dubai. Small enough that you will know everyone's name and deal directly with management. Established enough that the machines you help move are six-figure capital equipment going into serious production facilities.
The role
We are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator cum Admin Assistant** to own the movement of goods into and out of our business, and to support the wider team administratively.
You will be the person who knows where every shipment is. Machines, spare parts and consumables arrive from European manufacturers and go out to customers across the GCC. You will coordinate that flow end to end — working with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and our sales, service and finance teams.
This is a role with visible impact. When a machine arrives on schedule and clears customs without a problem, that is you. When a customer's production line is waiting on a spare part, you are the one who gets it there.
What you will do
**Logistics coordination**
- Track shipments from European suppliers from dispatch through to arrival- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokers- Prepare and verify shipping and import documentation- Arrange customs clearance and inland transport- Schedule and confirm customer deliveries with the sales and service teams- Maintain accurate records of goods in transit and keep colleagues updated on delivery dates
**Administration**
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, reports and data records in Excel- Support HR, sales, finance and management with administrative tasks- Maintain documentation and filing
What we are looking for
**Essential**
- Experience in logistics coordination, shipping or supply chain — ideally within a trading, distribution or equipment business- Working knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation coordination- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly **Excel** — you should be comfortable building and maintaining quotations, reports and data records, not just opening a spreadsheet- Clear written and spoken English, and the confidence to coordinate directly with suppliers, forwarders, customers and colleagues- Well organised and accurate, able to keep several shipments moving at once without losing track of any of them- Willing and able to take on hands-on warehouse duties during the initial phase, including regular physical handling of goods
**Advantageous**
- Knowledge of UAE import and export procedures and customs documentation- Experience with machinery, industrial equipment or other technical products- Additional languages, particularly German or Arabic
What we offer
- A permanent, full-time position with a company established in Dubai since 2010- Employment visa and medical insurance as per UAE law- Direct working relationship with management — short decision paths, and improvements you suggest actually get implemented- Genuine ownership of your area rather than one step in someone else's process- Salary: competitive, based on experience
How to apply
Apply through Linked In, or send your CV to info@germantechmachinery.com with the subject line "Logistics Coordinator".
Please include your **notice period** and **current visa status**. Monnai is building the world’s leading identity and risk data infrastructure, powering some of the largest global digital lenders, financial institutions, and fintech players across the U. S., LATAM, Europe, and Asia. At our core, we focus on data quality, operational performance at scale, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

Monnai recently raised a new $10M+ financing round and is operating from a position of strength, having reached profitability and grown revenue 5× in 2025. Until now, we’ve been deliberately hands-on and selective in how we grow - prioritizing deep customer engagement and product excellence. We’re now entering the next chapter: scaling that momentum thoughtfully across key markets.

MEA is one of Monnai’s most strategic growth regions. We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own and expand our presence across the region, working closely with founders, leadership, and GTM teams to turn existing traction and market momentum into long-term customer relationships.

This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role. It’s about credibility, trust, and helping sophisticated customers understand how to deploy Monnai’s capabilities meaningfully over time.

Operating Environment & What To Expect

Monnai is a real, working business with a proven product, strong customer adoption, profitability, and rapid growth but we are still early. Teams are lean, processes are evolving, and priorities can shift quickly as we learn and scale.

You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy and judgment, create structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and work directly with senior stakeholders on both sides of the table. This role suits someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, frequent travels, builds trust quickly, and enjoys being close to customers and market reality.

What This Role Is About

Regional owner and trusted partner

Own Monnai’s commercial relationships across MEA (Middle East and Africa). This is a consultative, technically informed sales motion.

Extension of the founders

Work closely with the founders and leadership team on strategic accounts, market feedback, positioning, and deal strategy. You’ll help shape how Monnai shows up in MEA, not just close deals.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across MEADevelop and execute account strategies for existing customers, active pipeline, and high-potential target accounts Drive new business while expanding usage and value within existing customers Engage senior stakeholders (product, risk, fraud, data, compliance) with credibility and clarity Translate Monnai’s technical capabilities into business outcomes customers care about Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to support successful evaluations and rollouts Collaborate in cross-border projects and deployments with other sales regions Represent Monnai in-market through customer meetings, events, and on-site engagements Travel frequently across MEA to build relationships and support deal progression

Who You Are

7–12+ years of experience in complex enterprise or strategic B2B sales, ideally in fintech, data, infrastructure, or complex Saa SProven experience selling into MEA markets, with strong regional understanding Fluency in English and Arabic is required Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex buying processes Hands-on and self-directed; you don’t wait for perfect process or enablement to be effective Comfortable traveling and spending extended time across MEA as needed

Product

Overview Request a Demo

Use Cases

Acquisition Onboarding Risk Assessment Credit Decisioning Collections

Industries

Financial Institutions Fintech Ecommerce Marketplace

Case Studies

Flip Ninja Cart Drip Capital

Links
