You will be responsible for managing projects through the full development lifecycle, coordinating consultants, contractors, operators and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards of quality, programme and commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of major hospitality and hotel projects from design and pre-construction through construction, fit-out, handover and close-out. Act as a key point of contact for the client, providing clear project leadership, reporting and strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.
