Responsibilities<br><br> Perform pre-processing inspection, accurate recording, and systematic labeling of all incoming linen to ensure 100% material traceability and compliance from arrival. Generate and assign standardized labels using the Laundry Management System (LMS) to ensure the correct cleaning cycle and billing are automatically applied for all items. Perform sorting and segregation of all linen based on care label requirements and soiling levels to guarantee process integrity and prevent damage to high-value goods. Perform operation of dry-cleaning and washing machinery, including necessary pre- and post-spotting, to achieve the specified cleanliness and quality standard for all garments. Perform hand-finishing and specialized pressing/finishing on all non-uniform garments (Executive, Guest, Retail) to ensure linen is flight-ready or room-ready and meets high-presentation standards. Conduct final quality checks, segregation, and documentation for completed laundry to ensure zero non-conformance defects before items are staged for dispatch. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and industry regulatory standards throughout all operational steps to ensure a secure working environment and compliance with audit requirements. Perform folding, bagging, and meticulous packaging of cleaned items according to client specifications to ensure accurate inventory and integrity during final delivery logistics. Maintain accurate daily records of cleaning cycles, inspections, and documentation of all damaged/lost items to ensure data reliability for management reporting and loss control analysis.
