<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><br> <p>As Cluster Director, Human Resources you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall HR strategy and vision, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Are you a relationship driven seller who can rebuild a client facing function almost from the ground up?<br>A specialist design, supply and installation company works with main contractors and federal clients across the UAE on wood, carpet, carpet tile and vinyl flooring, including specialist marine, oil and gas projects. Part of a wider group with a decade of track record in the region, this division has grown quickly but lost its senior commercial lead earlier this year, leaving the business ready to properly rebuild its account management and new business function. Like its sister division, the company never charges for design work and stays involved through installation and after, offering warranties and hands on project support long after the material is delivered. This is a rebuilding role rather than a maintenance one. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with strong Post-Contract Administration expertise to join our project team in Dubai.<br>The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing contracts after award, with particular emphasis on contract administration, claims management, Extension of Time (EOT), contractor obligations, contractual compliance, and contract procedures.<br>Important: This role is primarily focused on Post-Contract Management and Contract Administration, rather than general commercial management or QS functions. Candidates whose experience is predominantly quantity surveying/commercial management without strong claims, EOT and contractual administration experience may not be suitable.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Manage and administer post-contract activities in accordance with contract conditions and project requirements. Review, evaluate and manage contractor claims, variations and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. Monitor contractor performance, contractual obligations and compliance with the contract. Review contractual correspondence, notices, submissions and contractual records. Provide contractual advice to the Project Team and Consultant on contract-related matters.
