About Pemo

Pemo is a spend management platform for SMEs across MENA, headquartered in DIFC, Dubai. Finance teams use Pemo for corporate cards, expense automation, bill pay, and accounting integrations in one place. We are backed by $18M+ from top investors, named in the Forbes ME Top 50, and scaling from $10M ARR towards $100M ARR. This role is on the front line of that growth.

The role

We are hiring an Account Executive in Dubai to close new business with UAE SMEs and mid-market companies. Your goal is to be a full-cycle AE: generate your own pipeline and close it - discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, signature - not just work what is handed to you. The team runs well on inbound today; we are building a serious outbound muscle, and you will be part of that. You report to the CRO, and work with a BDR team that books meetings alongside your own prospecting.

We are building a very lean team. We would rather have one person doing the work of five - with the OTE to match - than five people doing the work of one. If you need warm leads spoon-fed and a manager checking your activity, this is not your role. If you want a real number, real ownership, and a team being built to a US SaaS standard, keep reading.

What You Will Do

Close new ARR against a quota, owning the full cycle from first touch to signed contract

Build and qualify your own pipeline through outbound - calls, email, LinkedIn - on top of inbound and BDR-booked meetings

Run discovery and demos for two buyer types: founders and owners who run their own finances, and finance leaders (CFOs, Finance Controllers) in larger teams

Win competitive deals against Alaan, Qashio, Pluto and Mamo, negotiating pricing and terms within approved bands

Keep HubSpot accurate so your forecast is one the team can commit to - clean CRM is not optional here

Hand every signed customer to Customer Success cleanly so they activate fast, and feed market intelligence back to Product and Marketing

What We Are Looking For

Must have

3+ years in a closing role in B2B SaaS, fintech or financial services, selling to SMEs or mid-market companies

A track record of hitting or beating quota, with numbers you can walk us through deal by deal

Proven outbound ability: you have sourced and closed your own pipeline, not just converted inbound

Experience selling in the UAE market

Excellent spoken and written English

Rigorous CRM habits and an honest approach to forecasting

Nice to have

Languages on top of English: Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Tagalog, Russian or any other widely spoken language in the UAE

Experience selling to finance buyers, or selling spend management, corporate cards, payments or expense software

SPICED or a similar structured sales methodology

HubSpot experience

Clay and data enrichment tools (FullEnrich and others), and knowing how to use AI the right way: not to blast fluffy automated outbound, but to craft and sharpen your own human-written messages

An existing network of UAE founders or finance leaders

What We Offer

Competitive base and uncapped variable, paid in AED

Health insurance for you and your dependants

Hybrid working from DIFC, Dubai, with flexible hours and freedom to take time off when you need it

The best sales org in the region, with the best coaching and training: weekly call reviews, deal strategy and pipeline reviews with your team lead, so you learn and grow faster here than anywhere else

The chance to be an early, high-impact seller as Pemo scales from $10M to $100M ARR

How We Hire

30-minute intro with People

60-minute conversation with the CRO

Mock discovery and demo on a panel call

Final round with the CEO

Offer

We move fast for the right person.
For the first time, the founders behind the Middle East's biggest creator are opening the doors: every deal, every launch, every setback. We need the person holding the camera.

Two non-negotiables: you use AI every single day, and you know exactly who 8FLAMEZ is before you apply. If either one is missing, this role is not for you.

WHO ARE WE?

For 4+ years, 8FLAMEZ has built the commercial engine behind the Middle East's most influential creators, with a roster that reaches 1B+ combined. Today we are the region's only creator-led venture group. We are due to launch 4 to 5 ventures this year across SaaS, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and a healthy beverage brand, with a new venture launching publicly every 1 to 2 months. Three founders, one mandate: AboFlah, the region's biggest creator with 70M+ followers and two Guinness World Records; Saad Sarwar, a 2x exited founder; and Eyad Siyam, who leads content and creators.

Now the founders are documenting all of it. It is the first time creator-led brands in the Middle East have been built on camera, and the first time our co-founders will share the challenges and lessons in public, as they happen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Follow the founders through the real work: brand deals, venture launches, partner meetings, shoots, trips and the hard days in between.

Plan the content: series formats, story arcs, shot lists and a publishing calendar built around what's coming next.

Shoot constantly. Your camera comes to every meeting, launch and flight, and you sense which moments matter before they happen.

Edit everything yourself: short form for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, plus longer episodes for YouTube.

Publish and run the founders' channels: captions, thumbnails, timing and performance tracking.

Make content that informs, educates and entertains the people we want to reach: future hires, venture partners, investors, agency partners and governments.

Build a footage archive that becomes the record of how 8FLAMEZ was built.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

You're ambitious, borderline crazy and married to your camera.

You have a portfolio of documentary, vlog or behind-the-scenes content you planned, shot, edited and published yourself.

You're confident with cameras, audio and lighting on the move, and fast in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut.

You use AI every day for planning, scripting, editing, subtitles and repurposing.

You know how to make a boardroom as gripping as a launch, and business content that people actually finish watching.

You're discreet. You'll be in the room for confidential deals and know what stays off camera and out of the edit.

You're based in Dubai, with a valid passport and the freedom to travel worldwide at short notice. Fluent English is required and Arabic is a strong advantage.

WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive salary + benefits.

A front-row seat: unfiltered access to the founders and to how the region's first creator-led ventures are built.

Creative ownership of the founders' channels from day one.

Travel across the region and the world with the team.

Dubai-based, on the ground with the founders.

⚠️ BEFORE YOU APPLY

We hire ruthlessly. The standard is the absolute best, and it starts with knowing exactly who you are applying to. Spend real time on 8flamez.co: our creators, our work, our founders. If you can't explain what 8FLAMEZ does and why this role matters to it, don't apply yet. Your first interview opens with one question: what does 8FLAMEZ do? Know the answer.

HOW TO APPLY

Use Easy Apply with portfolio links in your CV, or apply directly at 8flamez.co/careers.

Send three pieces you planned, shot and edited yourself, ideally documentary or behind the scenes. For each one, tell us the idea, your role and how it performed. Tell us which AI tools you use every day. Then answer one question: if you had a single day filming the founders, what would you make?

Your portfolio is the application, so skip the cover letter.
