<strong>MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE</strong><br>To manage the day-to-day activities of all C-Rated shops, to ensure all component repair activities are carried out in a safe, reliable and efficient manner in accordance with relevant regulatory and flydubai requirements in support of the fleet size operation. <br><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><ul><li>Manages and supervises full certification of maintenance activities in line with scope of approval.</li><li>Ensures compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.</li><li>Manages and controls the workshop staff roster by ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times and ascertain that the staff overtime is within acceptable levels.</li><li>Leads the workshop recovery team in AOG situations where workshop support is required.</li><li>Ensures that the working conditions of all workshop facilities meet relevant regulatory and flydubai standards.</li><li>Conducts regular competence assessments for all workshop staff to ensure ongoing skill development and improvement.</li><li>Manages the smooth and efficient functioning of quality control process.</li><li>Ensures that all company procedures, documents & forms pertaining to flydubai Engineering Workshops are maintained and readily available.</li><li>Ensures that the working conditions of all workshop facilities meet relevant regulatory and company standards with the flydubai Workshop Maintenance department.</li><li>Acts as a nominated focal point for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.</li><li>Identifies and addresses shortfalls in terms of tooling, equipment, facility, technical data, and other resources required for efficient workshop operations.</li><li>Deputizes Manager Workshops for all C-Rated workshops.</li></ul> <br><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Engineering Degree or demonstrated 9 + Years of supervisory experience within a Component, Line and/or Base environment.</li><li>IT Literate with good MS Word, Excel, and Power point skills..</li><li>Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 years</li><li>Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License B1</li></ul> <br><strong>COMPETENCIES</strong><br><ul><li>Customer Focus</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Effective Communication</li><li>Personal Accountability & Commitment to achieve</li><li>Resilience & Flexibility (Can do attitude)</li><li>Inspiring & Developing Others</li><li>Decision Making</li><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Business Acumen</li></ul> <br><strong>ISR REQUIREMENTS</strong><br>Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
