<ul><li>Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems in accordance with project specifications and contract requirements.</li><li>As Consultant, ensuring contractor compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements.</li><li>Review and approve I&C-related shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, ITPs, and commissioning procedures.</li><li>FAT, SAT, loop checks, functional testing, and commissioning activities for PLC, SCADA, RTU, telemetry, and field instrumentation systems</li><li>Monitor contractor progress, identify technical issues, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines to ensure successful system integration.</li><li>Review inspection reports, calibration certificates, testing records, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and commissioning documentation.</li><li>Participate in site inspections, progress meetings, and technical coordination meetings with clients and contractors.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and provide technical support to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager.</li><li>Ensure successful commissioning, performance testing, and final acceptance of I&C systems for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>10 - 15 years Experience on Siemens, Rockwell Automation, PLC and Emerson DCS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.), is must.</li><li>Experience on WTP / STP Middle East region (GCC) project.</li><li>Knowledge of International standards like ISA, BS, IEC, NEMA</li><li>Good Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Learning Attitude, good grasping power and should be a good team member.</li></ul>

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design of major infrastructure projects. What You’ll Be Doing Perform design calculations and prepare engineering drawings for dry utilities (power, telecom, and related infrastructure), supporting senior engineers in day-to-day design tasks. Develop electrical engineering computations, material quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and design documentation in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards. Execute conventional and basic electrical engineering assignments, applying standard engineering theories, industry codes, and company procedures; utilize CAE/CAD tools to support design development and coordination. Provide technical input and guidance to CAD designers/drafters, reviewing drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with design intent. What Required Skills You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum 3 years of experience in dry utilities network designs. Recent experience of HV, MV & LV electrical design to local and international standards. Infrastructure engineering background with previous experience on infrastructure projects understanding of the requirements for primary substations 132/11 k V, HV corridor, distribution /pocket substations, feeder pillars, MV systems up to 33k V, LV networks, calculations, and report writing skills. Good knowledge of National Electrical Code, IEEE, ANSI, IESNA, NFPA and IEC and various local authority standards in the GCC like DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, FEWA, SEC, MEDC, Civil Defense, etc. Experience in civil 3D, Navisworks environment and BIM. What Desired Skills You'll Bring Experience in ETAP software. Proficiency in MS Excel.
